Chiranjeevi’s Tea Party For Telugu Film Industry

Actor turned politician CHIRANJEEVI this hosted a tea party to the members of film industry at Ramanaidu Studios, Hyderabad. The attendees included Nagarjuna, Venkatesh, Mohan Babu, Uday Kiran, K.Raghavendra Rao, A. Kodandarami Reddy, MM Keeravani, DVS Raju, Devi Sri Prsaad, Viswanath, Ashwini Dutt, Dr. KL Narayana, K.C. Sekhara Babu, B. Gopal, Pokuri Babu Rao, Tammareddy Bharadwaja, Trivikram Srinivas and others.

On this occasion, Chiranjeevi said that he couldn’t think of bidding farewell to the film industry, which took him into her caring fold during the last three decades. “I am not leaving the film industry, but going away from it to take up my mission for the people. I hope my film fraternity would welcome my course of action hereafter.” Mohan Babu, who is viewed as an opponent of Chiru, surprised all by attending the event. “I came here on the invitation of Chiranjeevi for a tea party. Namaskaraniki prathi namaskaram na samskaram,” he maintained. The media was not allowed to take part in the event. About three hundred fans gathered at the venue and shouted slogan in favour of Chiranjeevi, hailing his leadership.

About three hundred fans of megastar CHIRANJEEVI this evening gate-crashed into Ramanaidu Studios and stormed the venue of the actor’s tea party to the members of the film industry, marking his entry into politics. Hearing the commotion, Chiranjeev came out of the party, took vantage point standing on a chair and greeted the fans with folded hands, seeking their cooperation. Shouts of Jai Chiranjeeva, would-be-chief minister rented their air. After his gesture, Chiru went back to continue his program with the film people. Earlier, the hungama started at the Studios at around 5.00 PM, with the film personalities coming one after the other and leaving after greeting their colleague. But for the guests, no body was allowed inside. However, the security personnel at the entrance couldn’t control the surging crowds, leading to gatecrash. The party lasted for three hours.
