Mallika has been invited for the grand opening of the luxury hotel Atlantis - The Palm, Dubai on November 20, 2008. So, what will she do there…? She would probably be rubbing shoulders with some of the biggest names in the entertainment industry worldwide at the biggest party that Dubai has ever witnessed. Reportedly, DENZEL WASINGTON, CHARLIZE THERON, ROBERT DE NIRO, OPRAH WINFREY & LINDSAY LOHAN are some of the Hollywood stars who are going to grace the $20 million party.

But the real show-stealer seems to be former Miss World turned actress PRIYANKA CHOPRA. According to some reports in the media, Priyanka has been chosen as the GODDESS OF ATLANTIS for the opening party. It would be an honour for Priyanka Chopra to officially inaugurate the $1.5 billion hotel on Palm Jumeirah… in front of hundreds of A list celebrities and royalty on Thursday night. As the “Goddess of Atlantis”, the actress will introduce Atlantis Rising, an aerial ballet of fireworks being performed by the legendary Grucci family. SHAHRUKH KHAN, HRITHIK ROSHAN, RANI MUKHERJI, YASH CHOPRA & FARHAN AKHTAR are reportedly also on the guest list. The Ambanis and the Hindujas are also expected to attend the event.
