Kousalya Supraja Rama (2008) Telugu Movie Box Office Prediction By Kalcha

KOUSALYA SUPRAJA RAMA is a run off the mill commercial pot boiler that has been released bang in the festival season of Dasara. It stars SRIKANTH and CHARMI in the lead. Provided that this was supposed to be a comic ride, one might assume that the chances of success are bright. But it defies the general logic and would be the first disaster of this festival season.

The film opened so poor with a meagre Average Occupancy Rate of 30-40% in the festival season that it would surely and immediately be taken out of many of its theaters (well, if only Rama Naidu is willing as he owns a major chunk of theaters in AP). If he doesn’t take out the movie off its theaters… he would lose money on a daily rental basis anyway. SURESH PRODUCTIONS should be ashamed to have produced such a torturous movie on the occasion of Dasara. Though the taste of the Telugu audiences is generally poor, I would doubt that it would be so poor that they make this movie a success.
