KOUSALYA SUPRAJA RAMA could at least be a nonsense comedy that doesn’t involve your brain and still make you laugh… Those were exactly my thoughts while entering the theater. At least it should be better than some of the recent medium budget Telugu movies that bit the dust. By now, it is quite obvious to you that I did not like the movie. So, if you have loads of time to spare… like I do… then please… Read On…

SRIKANTH as usual doesn’t act more than what is being directed. His movies have become so mundane that it is a mere waste of time to discuss him. But still, I would like him to choose scripts that make common sense and at the same time devoid of his UDATHA BHAKTHI (Towards Chiranjeevi Of Course…)

CHARMI is one of the actresses who can be moulded by the director as the character demands. She can dazzle us with her Subtle and yet Powerful performances like in ANUKOKUNDA OKA ROJU and at the same time… can Overact in movies especially directed by KRISHNA VAMSI (Sri Anjaneyam, Rakhi, Chakram). And her performance in “Kousalya Supraja Rama” falls somewhere very far from “Anukokunda Oka Roju” and very near to Krishna Vamsi’s movies. Her performance was so boring that most of the audiences went outside to smoke or to breathe some fresh air even as Charmi was dancing with the tightest dresses exposing as much as she could. In one sentence, this performance can be put as… “Over Weight Charmi wears Over tight dresses to Obviously Over expose but ends up Over acting…”

GOWRI MUNJAL is another female lead that saves the day for us by just being in coma for the better part of the movie.   And when she is not in coma, all I could do is pity ALLU ARJUN for having done a movie with this lady. Just look at her in the above photograph and imagine her on 70mm screen… just a horrible sight. She should just quit movies for her and Tollywood’s greater good.

As for the rest of the cast including BRAHMANANDAM, KRISHNA BHAGAWAN, L B SRIRAM, ALI, APOORVA, HEMA and others seem to be just a long line of greedy bunch of people who would act in any movie that comes in their way. They are not concerned about the audiences that pay to watch them on screen. It is a real pity.

You would be surprised when you hear this… Music of the movie is much better than the movie. Of course with just common sense you can understand what I really mean… don’t you have it? All of the songs are way, way, WAY bad… but sound better on screen. Theory of RELATIVITY comes in to play here… if you know what I mean.

A few dialogues are out of sync with the lip movement. But it so minor… that many of you won’t recognise. And so, obviously the Sound Recording as well as the Background Score is poor to say the least. As usual, the leading pair dances on the same old streets of Malaysia and sundry. Cinematography is mundanely passable. Story of the movie is straight out of 80’s sentimental dramas. The Screenplay was so pathetic that it would make you just snore away through 2.5 hours of torture. Just consider the following before you dare to watch this movie…

• There are 3-4 Mini-Flashbacks that pop up in non-linear format that doesn’t make any sense to the scene that they pop up in.
• A software employee who is so brilliant that he codes an entire project by himself doesn’t have Rs. 10 lakhs when in need. I mean Srikanth would have at the least, 30 years under his butt… doesn’t he? I might be wrong only in case he is fresh out of the campus.
• The M D of the software company Ranga Rao (Kota Srinivasa Rao), who doesn’t even know what exactly the project is (from the conversation between him and Sriram)… goes alone to clinch it from his American counterparts.
• Which software employee in the world takes care of his boss’s house, dog, daughter, son, relatives and others to get just a surety for the loan of Rs. 10 lakhs. He even cooks, cleans, serves and what not…
• Pandubabu (son of Ranga Rao) has short-term-memory-loss. But he is sent alone to consult a Psychriatrist. What an outright foolish premise to begin with…!!!
• Good Samaritan Sriram solves many a problem in just a matter of 10-15 days. Taste some of them… 1) Sriram cures Short-Term-Memory-Loss of Pandubabu (son of Ranga Rao) with just a simple advise in less then 10 days flat. 2) Sriram patches up father (Ranga Rao) and daughter (Charmi) with just an SMS… and this too within just 10 days. 3) Sriram averts a dubious NRI son-in-law-to-be (Venu Madhav) from marrying L B Sriram’s daughter… again within 10 days. 4) Sriram saves a coma patient and gets her to patch up with her father and also helps in getting Sivaji to meet her. But this time it is around 10-15 days. 5) Sriram donates blood sitting on a chair while holding a gun and an oxygen cylinder to save unknown person Sivaji. Sriram, Sriram… Sriram… it really gives a tremendous headache guys n gals.

But the real culprit of the movie is not even the STUPID director of the movie SURYA PRASAD. It is the producer of the movie RAMA NAIDU that is solely responsible for this movie and also countless other shit material that comes out of their banner SURESH PRODUCTIONS.

Why am I blaming the producer…? Actually, this old guy is so involved in the shooting process that it makes me sick that he is so perverse to allow the director Surya… to write, shoot and release the following scene…

In this particularly Stupid & Pervert scene, Venu Madhav comes alone in a servant dress (don’t ask me if that makes any sense… as he is NRI) to have PELLI CHUPULU with a girl who is infatuated towards Srikanth. As usual with these C class movies… he mistakes the bride-to-be with his mom-in-law-to- be (Apoorva). Most of the movies would stop at that C class joke. But here, Mr. Rama Naidu allows the director to take the perversion to newer heights. Venu Madhav takes Apoorva in to a room and locks from inside and they come out after a fairly long time adjusting their creased clothes. From then on… her husband (L B Sriram) starts doubting… as to whether Venu Madhav seduced his wife Apoorva or not…!!!  If that is not perversity… then what is?

The making of the movie is over and we are going to release it on 9th October. The members of censor board appreciated the film for its make. Keeping aside the issue of success or failure, I am happy that we have made a good film. I am sure it will be liked by the audience too. Usually, it has been my habit to act in a small role, in every film I produce, but in this film I did not do any role.

First of all… thank god that he didn’t act in any part role. As an old saying goes that empty vessels make more noises. Yes… he produced highest number of movies. But most of those movies have been of the same quality as this pathetic movie.

KOUSALYA SUPRAJA RAMA is a SHIT movie. Just don’t watch it. And if possible please advise SRIKANTH to do some worthy scripts as he is capable of some really powerful performances. He is just wasting his time but obvioulsy earning handsomely. By the way, CHARMI is still just 18 years old or so… as she told us so. Take care… Bye.
